The Board includes the following positions:
 
President - The MSABC Board President is responsible for the coordination of the monthly meetings, the relationship of the Board and the Millard South Athletic Director, presents at the fall, winter and spring sports parent meetings, attends all monthly meetings and major fundraisers, co-signer on MSABC financial accounts, other duties as needed.
 
Vice President, Membership - The MSABC Vice President of Membership is responsible for the coordination of the annual membership drive.  Duties include collecting all membership applications and payment, sending membership cards and parking passes (if applicable), attends all monthly meetings and major fundraisers, other duties as needed.
 
Vice President, Volunteers - The MSABC Vice President of Volunteers is responsible for the coordination of the volunteers necessary to make the Booster Club so successful.  Duties include coordinating, communicating and facilitating the Parent Sports Representatives, assembling volunteers to help with Booster Club initiatives as necessary, attends all monthly meetings and major fundraisers, other duties as needed.
 
Vice President, Fundraising - The MSABC Vice President of Fundraising is responsible for the coordination of the fundraising events.  Duties include coordinating and facilitating the major fundraising events for the Booster Club, attends all monthly meetings and major fundraisers, other duties as needed.
 
Secretary - The MSABC Secretary is responsible for communication with the Booster Club members.  Duties include taking minutes during the monthly meetings, coordinating with the web master of the MSABC website, communicating with MSABC members via e-mail and direct mail, attends all monthly meetings and major fundraisers, other duties as needed.
 
Treasurer - The MSABC Treasurer is responsible for the accurate accounting of the Booster Club funds including the annual filing of the 403(c) taxes.  Duties include collecting, accounting and depositing all Booster Club funds, timely and accurate payment of any bills, co-signer on MSABC financial accounts, communication and coordination with the Accountant and financial institutions, attends all monthly meetings and major fundraisers, other duties as needed. 
  
Participation in the Millard South Athletic Booster Club Board is both challenging and rewarding.  This is a large time commitment however, the rewards are great.  Board members have the opportunity to get involved with the school, the coaches, the administration, the student athletes, parents.  This is an opportunity to get involved.  Participate.  Make a difference.  
 
We give many, many thanks to Mick & Lisa Hale, outgoing Co-Presidents and Ann Felici, outgoing Treasurer for their service and dedication to the Booster Club.  Their shoes will be very hard to fill.
